Participation Fees

Fees for participation in the tournament:

Volleyball | per person: 74 EUR
Badminton | per person: 74 EUR
Visitors / Guests | per person: 64,00 EUR

The tournament fee includes:

• Party
• Catering during the tournament on Saturday
• Participation in ONE special activity on Sunday (some activities have limited capacity):
  • Beach Volleyball
  • Bus Tour with stops in Meißen and Moritzburg
  • Hiking in Saxon Switzerland
  • Wine excursion in Radebeul
  • Guided tour of the Meissen Porcelain Manufactory

Optional participation with additional fees:

Brunch | per person: 20,00 EUR in advance

Brunch can also be booked on request (turnier@bogenschuetzen-dresden.de).

The special conditions for the hotel rooms are only valid in the period 17.05.2024 to 20.05.2024. The instalments due before or after this special agreement are charged by the hotel outside of this special agreement and are not subject to the discretion of the association or the special agreement between the club and the hotel.

The association is only acting as an intermediary and is not a contractual partner.

Prices for accommodation

Costs for the overnight stay in the hotel for the period from 17.05.2024 to 20.05.2024 are:

Double room |  per night: 75.00 EUR plus accommodation tax
Single room | per night: 55.00 EUR plus accommodation tax

All rates are per room per night and include statutory VAT rates. Information on the accommodation tax can be found on www.bettensteuer.de. In the event of a change/levying of statutory value added tax or additional municipal taxes (e.g. bed tax), the rate will be adjusted accordingly.

Payment is made by the guests themselves upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation of rooms

Free cancellation is possible up to two weeks before arrival.
Cancellations outside the above or no-shows will be charged with 90% of the booked service.

Extra costs incurred

Any extra costs incurred (e.g. telephone, minibar, hotel bar, etc.) are paid in full by the guests themselves.
To guarantee payment, the hotel is entitled to request a credit card from each guest upon arrival. If the credit limit of EUR 1,000.00 is exceeded during the stay, the hotel may request an interim invoice from the respective guest.

Submission of bookings

The association will centrally transmit all bookings to the hotel after the end of the registration phase, no later than 15.04.2024.

Conditions

Registration / Sports

Please note that all sports will be held in parallel on Saturday and therefore you may only register for only one sport.
Your registration is only valid after you have paid the tournament fee and we have confirmed your participation by e-mail.

The general registration deadline is Friday, April 26, three weeks before the tournament weekend, but we may extend this deadline for individual sports and for individual circumstances. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that if the maximum number of participants in a sport is reached, the registration for that sport may close earlier. We will not be maintaining a waiting list. 

If you wish to make changes or cancel after you have completed your registration, please send an e-mail to: turnier@bogenschuetzen-dresden.de. Any changes, including cancellations, to your reservation are only valid after we have confirmed them by email.

It is possible to revoke your consent at any time. You may notify us by email to request revocation. The lawfulness of the data processing that has already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

We will store the data collected during the registration period for the duration of the tournament. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
At the time of your registration, your data may be stored in a backup copy of the database. Access to your registration data is only granted to authorized persons who are in charge of conducting the tournament and require access to such data.

Cancellation

In case you cancel your registration, the participation fees for all types of registration will be refunded as follows:

• If cancelled by February 29, 2024: 100%
• If cancelled by March 30, 2024: 50%
• If canceled after March 30, 2024: 0% (no refund)
• Refunds in the case of an illness that prevents participation in sports activities (as certified by a doctor’s note), up to the Thursday before the tournament: 100%

In the event does not take place or is canceled due to forces out of our control (e.g., force majeure), there is no entitlement to a refund of the fees, other expenses, or damages. 

By registering for the tournament, you ensure that you are participating the selected sport and that you agree to its rules and regulations. By registering for the competition, the participant also warrants that he/she has a sufficient level of health and training to safely participate in the tournament. The organizer assumes no liability in the event of illness or accident. Participants acknowledge that it is their own responsibility to take out appropriate travel, health, accident, and liability insurance.

The organizer assumes no liability for the loss or damage of personal valuables or personal injury.

The results of the competition may be published online, during and/or after the event. This can be objected to by email to turnier@bs-dd.de.

Photography

During the tournament, photographic recordings may be taken, including photographs of you. These recordings are used for non-commercial advertising of the tournament.
By notifying the photographer you may request that your photograph not be taken/published.

Use of Email Addresses

The email addresses with which the registration was made may also be used for communication of personal data (e.g. names or payment amounts) and may be made via non-encrypted emails.

Publication of Results

The results of the competition may be published online during and/or after the event.
This can be objected to by e-mail to turnier@bogenschuetzen-dresden.de .

Privacy

The personal data of the report will also be used for the implementation of the tournament up to the creation and publication of tournament schedules with first and last name, country, club, discipline and level as well as results on online-based, publicly accessible tournament systems (https://www.tournify.de/). The data will only be passed on to other third parties to the extent that it is necessary for the implementation of the event. Non-competitive data will be deleted after six months, unless individual processes have not yet been completed or if other rules that we are required to follow prevent such deletion.

Film/Photo: The events of the tournament are generally open to the public and the event is not only about competive sports, but also about promoting personal contact among the participants. In accordance with the obligation to provide information pursuant to Art. 14 GDPR, we would like to point out that photo and video recordings will be made during this event. We use these for reporting and public relations purposes. For this purpose, the recordings can be published by the organizer in all media (online/offline, analogue/digital) and without any claim to remuneration by the participant. The legal basis for the processing of the photo and video data of the participants is Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR, as there is a legitimate interest in informing the public about the activities of the SLS “Der Bogenschütze” Dresden e.V. and documenting our association activities. If photos are made available to the organizer for publication, it is agreed that this will be free of charge and for an unlimited period of time, that the name of the photographer is not necessary, that the photos may be edited and that the consent is not limited to specific media or purposes.

The participant confirms the correctness of all data provided and assures not to pass on the right to sue to any other person.
